FullSharp supplied an aluminum rail jib crane on a mobile base with a FullSharp vacuum lifter for carton boxes, for a packing area that moves with each production run. The unit is pushed to wherever production is running and the casters are locked, then the vacuum tube lifts boxes at the press of a button with very light hand pushing.
The packing area's location changes with each production run, so equipment fixed to the ceiling quickly becomes redundant. Carrying carton boxes by hand is slow and dents the edges, affecting outgoing shipments. Workers also tire from repeating the motion all shift.
FullSharp supplies an aluminum rail jib crane on a mobile base fitted with a FullSharp vacuum lifter for carton boxes. The wheeled base lets you push the whole unit to whichever area is running production, then lock the casters to start working. The lightweight aluminum rail lets loads move along the track with almost no effort.

Push the base to wherever production is happening, with no ceiling drilling or reinstalling from scratch.
The lightweight aluminum rail has low inertia, so hands only need to guide the box to the stacking position.
Suctioning the lid and lifting straight up keeps both the box shell and its contents intact.
When the packing area moves with each production run, ceiling-mounted equipment quickly ends up in the wrong place. A mobile base follows production with no ceiling drilling.
The vacuum tube raises and lowers the box at the press of a button, so the operator grips, lifts and places cartons with one hand on the handle.
The lifter carries the box weight and the light aluminum rail needs little push force, so the repetitive strain of carrying boxes by hand is removed.
FullSharp measures the box dimensions and weight, checks the lid material and the flatness of the floor where the base will move, to select the suction pad and jib reach. We test-run the system with your own boxes before handover. Contact FullSharp to schedule a site survey.
