Carton boxes aren't too heavy, but they're bulky and must be stacked high. Carrying them by hand all shift tires out workers' shoulders, crushes the box corners, and leaves stacks on the pallet uneven.
FullSharp installed a jib crane with an aluminum rail, with a vacuum lifter hanging at the end of the arm. The pad grips the box lid, and the worker only pushes the swing arm to move the box from the conveyor to the pallet, setting it down gently.

The aluminum-rail jib crane with vacuum lifter gripping a carton box.
Equipment Installed
- Aluminum rail as the reach arm: lighter than steel rail, so the swing arm moves very smoothly, with the trolley sliding inside the rail.
- Vacuum lifter for carton boxes: suction cups spread evenly across the box surface, holding firmly without denting the cardboard.
- Swivel column and joint: rotates through a wide arc, covering both the conveyor end and the palletizing spot.
- Vacuum pump and valve: keeps vacuum stable, with a safety valve that prevents the box from dropping if power is lost.
