For a warehouse split into small zones, FullSharp installed an aluminum rail jib crane on a hand-pushed wheeled base with an ANVER vacuum tube lifter for woven and paper bags. One worker pushes the unit between zones, and the suction head lifts each soft, slippery bag onto the pallet, a job that used to take two people.
Bags of goods are soft, slippery and heavy, so carrying them by hand takes two workers and they slip easily. The warehouse is also split into several small zones, each used only a few times, so a fixed column for every spot isn't worth it.
FullSharp installed an aluminum rail jib crane on a hand-pushed wheeled base, so one worker can push the unit between zones. The ANVER vacuum tube lifter suctions directly onto the bag surface, lifts it, and swings it onto a pallet, with no separate power source needed to move it.

Equipment Installed
- Hand-pushed wheeled base: steel frame with counterweight, load-rated wheels and locking pins, one person can push the whole unit.
- Aluminum rail swing arm: lightweight aluminum rail, smooth pivot joint, reach covers the full pallet being loaded.
- ANVER vacuum tube lifter: an ANVER product, a vacuum pump contracts the tube to lift the bag, with a handle for direct up-down control.
- Bag suction head: suction face designed for woven and paper bags, gripping firmly even on slightly wrinkled surfaces.
