Aluminum Rail Jib Crane, ANVER Sack Lifter

In a warehouse, the spot where sacks need to be lifted changes with every batch: today it's at the shipping dock, tomorrow it's in the sorting area. A fixed-column crane only serves one spot, leaving workers everywhere else still hauling sacks on their shoulders.

FullSharp builds an aluminum rail jib crane on a mobile base, with a slot for a pallet jack to slide in and tow it around. The swing arm carries an ANVER vacuum lifter for sacks, ready to use wherever it's towed without any floor drilling.

Equipment Installed

Mobile base for a pallet jack: slotted so the jack's forks can slide in and tow the whole unit to a new spot in minutes.
Aluminum rail and swing arm: lightweight aluminum rail reduces the counterweight needed and lets the trolley run smoothly.
ANVER vacuum lifter: an extendable suction hose that raises and lowers sacks with just a trigger on the handle.
Suction pad for sack surfaces: seals evenly on PP or paper sacks, gripping firmly without tearing the sack mouth.
Base counterweight: keeps the column stable when the arm carries a sack at its farthest reach.
