Rubber bale bags are heavy, with a slick, sticky surface that makes them hard for workers to grip securely. Each shift requires moving hundreds of bags from pallets into the machine, so the back and shoulders take constant strain. If a bag slips from someone's arms, it drops straight onto their feet, and the risk of injury is always present.

FullSharp installed an aluminum rail jib crane carrying an Anver vacuum lifter. The lightweight aluminum rail lets the trolley roll smoothly, so a light push moves the whole assembly. The suction head grips the bag surface and lifts it, and the operator only guides the direction instead of carrying the load.

Equipment Installed

  • Aluminum profile rail: lighter than a steel beam of the same span, so the trolley needs very little push force and the operation is far less tiring.
  • Rotating arm: sweeps the working area between the pallet and the feed point, bringing the bag exactly where it needs to go.
  • Anver vacuum lifter: a vacuum tube lifter that generates strong, stable suction, with lifting and lowering controlled by a single lever on the handle.
  • Suction head for soft bags: the pad is designed for woven bag surfaces, gripping firmly even when the bag is not perfectly flat.
  • Structural mounting kit: fixed to the ceiling or a freestanding frame, spreading the load evenly and keeping the rail at the correct height.

Benefits for Your Facility

No More Carrying Bags by Hand

The load rests on the vacuum lifter, so workers no longer have to hug bags against their bodies while moving them.

Light Push with Aluminum Rail

The aluminum rail gives low rolling resistance, letting one person push the full span without exerting much effort.

Fewer Drops

Bags are held by vacuum instead of by hand, so they no longer slip loose along the way.
