Finished carton boxes are lighter than material bags but bulky, and holding them by hand blocks the view and easily dents the corners. The packing spot also shifts with each batch, so a fixed crane isn't practical.

FullSharp uses a mobile-base jib crane paired with an ANVER vacuum lifter. The suction head grips the top of the box, and the operator lifts it, swings the arm, and lowers it onto a pallet without ever having to hug the box.

Equipment Installed

  • Mobile base: a wheeled base that rolls the whole crane assembly to a different work area within minutes.
  • Aluminum rail arm: lightweight aluminum rail with a smooth-gliding trolley, so swinging and pulling the load takes little effort.
  • ANVER vacuum tube: American-made equipment, lifted and lowered by hand force, holding the box when released.
  • Carton box suction pad: a wide-coverage suction pad on the lid that leaves no marks on the cardboard.
