Cartons come off the packing line one after another, and workers bend down, lift, and turn to place each one on a pallet all shift long. The boxes are not very heavy, but the sheer number of lifts wears everyone out by the end of the shift, and boxes often land hard enough to crush a corner.
FullSharp installed an aluminum rail jib crane covering the packing area, with an ANVER vacuum lifter hanging from the rail end. The operator presses the pad onto the box lid, pulls the handle to lift it, and swings the arm a full 360 degrees to bring the box to a pallet or shelf.

Equipment Installed
- Aluminum rail jib arm: lightweight aluminum beam, rotates a full 360 degrees, with a trolley that glides smoothly under hand pressure.
- ANVER vacuum tube lifter: a bellows tube that raises and lowers the box, controlled by a lever on the handle.
- Carton lifting pad: a suction pad pressed onto the lid, with enough surface area that the lid does not cave in.
- Vacuum pump: mounted on the column or nearby, fitted with a dust filter to keep suction stable against paper dust.
