FullSharp mounted an aluminum rail jib crane on an existing column and hung an ANVER vacuum tube lifter at the end of the rail to lift long cartons of 50 to 100 kg. The operator places the pad on the carton, lifts it with the handle and swings the arm through 180 to 270 degrees onto a pallet or conveyor, with no extra crane post taking floor space.
Long cartons are not heavy but they are bulky, and a worker carrying one loses sight ahead and easily dents the corners. This area sits right next to a column, leaving no room to install a standalone crane post.
FullSharp uses the existing column, mounting a column-mounted aluminum rail jib crane and hanging an ANVER vacuum tube lifter at the end of the rail. The operator presses the pad against the carton, lifts it with the handle, and swings the arm through 180 to 270 degrees to move the load onto a pallet or conveyor.
Column-mounted aluminum rail jib crane fitted with an ANVER vacuum tube lifter, lifting a long carton at the customer's warehouse.
The crane mounts on an existing column, so no space is needed for a post. Walkways and storage areas stay unchanged.
The pad distributes suction evenly along the long carton. The carton is not squeezed at the edges as it would be when carried by hand.
The vacuum lifter carries the full weight of the carton. The worker only guides and releases the load.
A vacuum pad spreads suction along the long carton so it is lifted flat instead of being squeezed or bent. The operator keeps a clear view ahead because the carton is not carried against the body.
It is a lifter where the vacuum tube itself contracts to raise the load. A handle controls grip and height, so one person picks and places boxes quickly.
This installation swings 180 to 270 degrees, limited by the wall and column position. FullSharp sets the arm length and angle according to the site layout.
When surveying this type of equipment, FullSharp measures the column's cross-section, checks its load-bearing capacity, and measures the size of the cartons to be lifted. From there we select the rail length, rotation angle, and pad layout to match your cartons exactly. Call FullSharp to schedule a site visit.
