Mobile Crane, Long-Handle ANVER Carton Lifter

Cartons are stacked from floor level up, so grabbing a box from the bottom layer means bending all the way down. Doing this hundreds of times a shift wears out the back, and even a vacuum lifter with a short handle still forces the operator to stoop after the pad.

FullSharp installed an aluminum rail jib crane on a mobile base and chose an ANVER vacuum lifter with a long handle. The extended handle lets the operator stand upright while still reaching boxes at the bottom of the stack. The arm rotates 360 degrees, and the mobile base can be pushed to any area of the warehouse.

Equipment Installed

Mobile base: casters and outriggers, pushed by hand to change work areas in the warehouse.
Aluminum rail jib arm: rotates 360 degrees, lightweight aluminum beam, with a trolley that glides smoothly along the arm.
Long-handle ANVER vacuum lifter: extends the reach downward, letting the operator stand upright while picking boxes.
Carton lifting pad: a suction pad pressed onto the lid, holding firmly without tearing the cardboard.
