Mobile Aluminum Rail Jib Crane Carton Lifter

With many carton boxes to move, carrying them by hand all shift tires the back and tears the box corners. The stacking location also changes with each truck run, so a fixed installation wouldn't use the machine's full capacity.

FullSharp introduced an aluminum rail jib crane on a mobile base, pushed wherever the work is. The FullSharp vacuum tube lifter grips the top of the box, lifts it, and swings it onto a pallet or conveyor with just one hand.

Equipment Installed

Aluminum rail arm: lightweight extruded aluminum, trolley glides smoothly, giving good reach with a light hand.
Hand-pushed mobile base: base with wheels and counterweight, one person can push the whole unit, with locking pins during operation.
FullSharp vacuum tube lifter: a pump creates vacuum inside the tube, and pulling the handle raises or lowers the box as the operator directs.
Carton suction head: a rubber pad suited to carton surfaces, grips firmly without denting the box lid.
