Finished carton boxes move continuously from the packing table to the pallet. Carrying them by hand wrinkles the surface and dents corners, and workers' shoulders tire after a few hundred trips per shift. The higher the stack, the slower and riskier it gets.

FullSharp installs an aluminum rail jib crane fitted with a vacuum tube lifter driven by a Becker pump. The pad presses onto the box lid - squeeze the handle to lift, release to set down - with the vacuum bearing the full weight, so a single operator is enough.

Equipment Installed

  • Aluminum rail and jib arm: a lightweight aluminum rail with a smooth-rolling trolley, so the arm follows the operator's push without resistance.
  • Becker vacuum pump: maintains stable vacuum all shift, lifting and releasing continuously without losing power.
  • Bellows-style suction tube: extends and retracts with the lifting stroke, controlled with a single handle.
  • Vacuum pad for carton boxes: covers the box surface evenly, lifting without tearing the paper or denting the lid.
  • Load-holding valve: keeps the box secure if pressure drops or power is lost, instead of letting it fall.
