A machining station handling loads up to a full ton cannot rely on manual lifting. Bringing in a full double-girder bridge crane just to serve one location, on the other hand, uses up structure and overhead space across the whole plant.

FullSharp's solution is a post-mounted jib crane with a rail-type arm, carrying a COMEUP 1-ton hoist. The post is fixed to the floor, a rotating joint lets the arm swing through an arc, and a trolley slides along the rail to adjust reach. One person can handle the full cycle of lifting, swinging, and lowering.
