A packaging shop moves hundreds of carton boxes a day from the machine to the packing table. The boxes are bulky, light but easy to dent, and carrying them by hand all shift tires the shoulders and often tears the corners. The floor space is also too tight for a double-girder crane.
FullSharp installs an aluminum rail jib crane carrying an electric hoist with a carton hanging tool. The lightweight aluminum rail lets the trolley run smoothly, and the arm swings around the column in an arc, so the operator can reach both the conveyor and the pallet from one spot.
Aluminum rail jib crane with electric hoist and carton hanging tool, installed in the packing area.
Workers only guide the direction; the hoist handles the lifting, ending the carrying all shift.
The tool grips evenly on both sides, so cartons keep their corners and look clean going into storage.
The jib crane occupies only one column base, leaving aisles and machine areas clear.
FullSharp conducts an on-site survey to measure the reach, ceiling height, and actual box weight. From there we finalize the arm length, hoist capacity, and matching tool, then install and provide on-site operator training.
