FullSharp installed an aluminum rail jib crane on a mobile base with a Becker vacuum motor, for a packing area that moves with each batch on a floor that cannot take a foundation. The crane is pushed to where the work is, the light aluminum rail rolls with little effort, and steady suction carries cartons from pallet to table.
The customer's packing area changes location with each batch, so a single fixed lifting point does not work. Carton boxes have to be carried by hand from pallet to packing table, and doing this all shift tires workers out and lets corners get crushed. The warehouse floor also does not allow pouring a foundation for a fixed post.
FullSharp installed a jib crane using an aluminum rail on a mobile base, which can be pushed to wherever work is happening. The lightweight aluminum rail lets the trolley roll very smoothly, so pushing takes little effort. A Becker vacuum motor provides steady suction, holding the carton firmly throughout the lift.

Equipment Installed
- Aluminum rail: a lightweight aluminum rail with low rolling resistance, so the trolley and load move with just a light push.
- Mobile base: a wheeled frame that lets the whole system move to another area without pouring a foundation or drilling the floor.
- Becker vacuum motor: runs continuously with steady suction so the carton never slips mid-lift.
- Vacuum pad for cartons: a soft suction surface that grips the carton lid firmly without denting the board.
- Control handle on the pad: a lift/lower lever within easy reach, letting one person run the whole cycle.
