Aluminum Rail Jib Crane, KITO 160 kg Hoist

At some spots in a plant, lifting only needs to cover a few meters, but it repeats all shift long. Installing a steel-beam jib crane for such a small area is heavy and demands more support structure than it's worth.

FullSharp chose an aluminum rail jib crane paired with a KITO 160 kg hoist. The lightweight aluminum rail lets the arm swing smoothly by hand, while the KITO hoist lifts and lowers securely with a load-holding brake, more than enough for parts within this load range.

Installed Equipment

Column and aluminum rail arm: the lightweight aluminum rail lets the arm swing by hand with little effort.
KITO 160 kg hoist: stable lifting and lowering, with a load-holding brake at every stopping point.
Trolley running on the rail: brings the lift point right to the end of the arm for precise pickup.
Travel stops at both rail ends: limit the trolley so it can't move past the safe working range.
