Aluminum Rail Jib Crane, KITO Vacuum Tool

A carton needs to be lifted higher than hand reach, yet the load has no place to attach a cable. Tying a rope around the carton leaves marks on the sides, while carrying it by hand is both slow and tiring when repeated all shift.

FullSharp pairs a KITO hoist for lifting with a vacuum tool for holding the load, both hanging from an aluminum rail jib crane. The suction pad grips the carton lid, the hoist raises it to the needed height, and the swing arm carries the carton to its new position.

Equipment Installed

Aluminum rail and swing arm: lightweight aluminum rail with a smooth-running trolley, moving with just a light push.
KITO hoist: stable lifting with a load-holding brake, raising the load to exactly the height needed.
Vacuum tool: holds the carton by suction instead of a rope sling, leaving no marks or tears on the sides.
Vacuum hold valve: keeps the load held if pressure or power is lost, preventing it from falling mid-lift.
Control handle: lift/lower and suction on/off buttons within one reach, letting a single worker run the whole operation.
