Not every plant has a roof strong enough to carry a rail line, especially rented buildings or those with wide-span metal roofing. Yet the production line still needs lifting equipment running the full length of the work area.
FullSharp builds a freestanding support frame to carry a 500 kg rail line without transferring any load to the existing roof. An ENDO hoist hangs beneath the rail, lifting and lowering with a light touch and traveling along the frame as production requires.
Support frame carrying a 500 kg rail with an ENDO hoist installed in the production plant.
The freestanding frame transfers no load to the plant's roof structure.
Any sufficiently solid floor will do, making it suitable even for rented facilities.
The rail runs the full length of the frame, so multiple stations can share one system.
FullSharp measures the floor plan, clearance height, and the load to be lifted before designing the support frame. We size the base plates to the actual floor, select the ENDO hoist to match the stroke needed, then erect the frame and run trial tests.
