Not every factory has a roof structure strong enough to support a rail. When the roof is weak or a rented building doesn't allow drilling into the roof, installing lifting equipment often stalls right at the survey stage.
FullSharp builds a freestanding H-beam frame on the floor, then hangs an electric hoist from the beam. The columns and base are engineered to the actual load, and a trolley moves the hoist along the beam so the work area covers the full length of the frame.

Equipment Installed
- Main H-beam: load-bearing steel with anti-rust coating, its length and profile engineered to the load and span.
- Columns and base: solidly joined, with base plates bolted to the concrete floor using anchor bolts.
- Trolley: moves the hoist along the beam smoothly with a stable stop.
- Electric hoist: capacity selected to your needs, operated by pendant control or remote.
- Travel stops: fitted at both ends of the beam to keep the trolley within the safe limit.
