Loading sacks is the heaviest job in the warehouse: each sack weighs several dozen kilograms, with hundreds handled per shift, and workers take turns carrying them, often tearing the sacks when dragging them. The warehouse ceiling also isn't strong enough to hang a rail directly from it.

FullSharp erected a freestanding 200 kg steel-rail frame on the floor, carrying an ANVER vacuum tube lifter. The operator presses the pad against the sack; once it grips, it lifts and pushes along the rail to the pallet, and releasing the handle lowers the sack down.

Equipment Installed

  • Freestanding steel frame: columns and beams bolted to the floor carry the entire load, so the roof structure is never touched.
  • 200 kg steel rail: runs along the frame for the trolley to travel, covering the span from the conveyor to the palletizing spot.
  • ANVER vacuum tube lifter: lifts and lowers using vacuum itself; the handle has a control valve so movement follows the operator's hand.
  • Sack lifting pad: a rubber pad grips paper or plastic sacks, holding firmly without tearing the outer layer.
