Soft sacks without handles can't be gripped by an ordinary hoist hook. Workers end up carrying them on their shoulders, straining their backs and risking torn sacks when dragging them, and the packing area is too tight for any floor-mounted equipment.
FullSharp installed a 5T overhead rail rated at 200 kg, running along the exact route the sacks travel. Below it hangs an ANVER vacuum tube lifter that attaches directly onto the surface of the sack. The worker presses the suction head against the sack, lifts it, pushes it along the rail to the stacking spot, and releases it there.
A 5T overhead rail with an ANVER vacuum tube lifter installed over the sack packing area.
The suction head attaches directly to the sack surface, no handle or strap required.
Sacks are lifted rather than dragged across the floor or pallet edge.
Suction, lifting, pushing, and release are all done from the handle, with no helper needed.
FullSharp checks the sack type, packaging material, and surface before selecting the suction head to make sure it holds vacuum. Our technicians measure the rail route, hanging height, and roof structure to determine anchor points. After the site survey, we provide a rail and vacuum pump plan along with an installation schedule.
