Carrying cement, rice, or fertilizer bags is the heaviest job in a bagging plant. Each bag weighs tens of kilograms, with hundreds of lifts per shift — workers end up with back pain, and bags often tear from being dragged.
FullSharp uses vacuum lifting equipment with a heavy-duty rotating joint on the boom. The joint lets the boom swing in multiple directions, and a vacuum suction head grips the bag's surface securely, so the operator simply pulls the bag in the needed direction and releases suction.
