FullSharp installed a ceiling-mounted articulating jib crane with an ANVER vacuum lifter for bags coming off a bagging machine onto pallets. The jointed arm folds and extends to reach pallet corners and work around obstacles, the bag is held firmly by suction even as it sways, and the tight floor below stays clear.
The bagging area must move finished bags from the machine outlet to pallets continuously. Bags are soft with a shifting center of gravity when lifted, so even two workers carrying together can lose their grip, tearing bags and spilling material. The floor in this area is also tight, leaving no room for floor-standing equipment.
FullSharp installed a ceiling-mounted articulating jib crane with an ANVER vacuum lifter dedicated to bags. The articulating joint lets the arm fold and extend, reaching right up to the pallet and around obstacles. The bag is held firmly by suction, while the operator only guides the direction and releases it at the right stacking layer.

Equipment Installed
- Articulating jib crane: two arm sections joined by a swivel joint, folding and extending flexibly to reach the pallet or work around obstacles.
- ANVER vacuum lifter: a vacuum tube lifter with a smooth stroke, holding the load firmly as the bag sways right after being lifted.
- Bag suction pad: a pad selected to match the bag's material so it grips firmly without tearing the outer layer.
- Ceiling mounting system: anchored to the ceiling structure, keeping the packing area's walkways and pallet space unchanged.
- Control handle: suction and release buttons on the handle let one operator guide the bag and control it at the same time.
