Customized to your needs

Depending on the type of load and how it needs to be lifted, Lifts All lifting tools can always be customized. We also adapt the crane and column to cover exactly the working area you need.

Depending on the area, you can choose a crane arm from 2 to 4 meters long. Columns come in several heights, and we also offer a telescopic column version for extended reach. A column in blasted steel for cleanroom use is also available. Customization ensures there is always enough room for the FlexiCrane to operate.

MaxiCrane Mini SS316 – Stainless steel100 kg · 3 m · Stainless steel

MaxiCrane Mini Stainless is a flexible slewing articulated jib crane with an electropolished SS316 stainless steel finish. It has the same 100 kg capacity as the MaxiCrane but a shorter 3 m arm – especially suited to environments with strict hygiene and corrosion-resistance requirements, and to low-ceiling areas where a standard crane will not fit.

FlexiCrane: 65 kg, 2 m65 kg · 2 m

The versatile FlexiCrane articulated jib crane follows you wherever you go – with smooth, easy and quiet movement. This is the classic 2-meter model, suited to small loads up to 65 kg in a typical workspace.

FlexiCrane: 65 kg, 3 m65 kg · 3 m

The 3-meter FlexiCrane is a longer version of the classic 2-meter model. The extended arm increases the working coverage while keeping a maximum load of 65 kg. It can be mounted on a column or on a wall, depending on the floor layout.

MaxiCrane Mini: 100 kg, 3 m100 kg · 3 m

MaxiCrane Mini has the same 100 kg lifting capacity as the MaxiCrane but in a more compact size, ideal for confined spaces. It is the best choice when you need high lifting capacity in a tight working area.

MaxiCrane: 100 kg, 4 m100 kg · 4 m

MaxiCrane is a smooth, efficient slewing articulated jib crane that lifts loads up to 100 kg quickly and easily. It has a compact, easy-to-control design, and its 4-meter arm gives the widest working coverage in the range.

Mounting options

The FlexiCrane can be installed in several ways depending on the factory floor layout and the type of load to be lifted.

Column / floor-mounted

A column-mounted or floor-mounted crane is ideal for extended reach in the work area, and requires no load-bearing ceiling structure. The freestanding column maximizes the crane's coverage. The outer arm rotates endlessly without limit (no end stop at 360°), allowing seamless handling across a wide area around the column. The light rotation makes the crane both flexible and comfortable to operate.

FlexiCrane Mobile: mobile platform

FlexiCrane Mobile is a crane mounted on a freestanding column, which in turn sits on a mobile platform. This combination is perfect when you need a lifting tool at several locations in the work area but cannot install an overhead crane system to move it. A simple pallet truck is all it takes to move the crane where you want it.

Wall-mounted crane

A wall-mounted articulated jib crane frees up floor space. The crane can also be mounted on the load-bearing columns of the building. This option is especially suited to places where the ceiling – for whatever reason – cannot be used for mounting or lacks sufficient load capacity, and where floor space is limited.

Ceiling-mounted crane

A ceiling-mounted articulated jib crane frees up both floor and wall space. Since it is mounted directly on the ceiling, the crane is not obstructed by anything on the floor and can therefore rotate 360 degrees, giving optimal reach all around the crane.
