A versatile articulated jib crane with endless rotation

FlexiCrane is mounted on a steel pillar fixed to the wall, the ceiling or the floor, depending on the layout of the workplace. It fits all Lifts All standard pillars; the pillar length is made to measure and a telescopic version is available. If lifting is needed at several points in the workshop, the pillar can be placed on a mobile platform, so there is almost always room for a FlexiCrane lifting system.

Light and silent

The lightweight design and compact size make FlexiCrane quick to install, which keeps installation costs low. Low weight combined with low-friction bearings gives very quiet, smooth operation.
The arm does not just turn a full circle: it rotates endlessly.

Combine it with a lifting tool

For a complete lifting system, FlexiCrane is fitted with a Bal-Trol compressed air cylinder and a suitable lifting tool. Because the system runs on compressed air, energy consumption during use is low, and in standby it costs nothing.

Stainless steel for sensitive environments

Besides the standard red finish, FlexiCrane is offered in a fully stainless steel version for clean rooms. Together with a stainless lifting attachment it provides ergonomic lifting for most clean-room-certified workstations, and both crane and attachment can be polished to the required surface finish.

FlexiCrane Mobile for multiple workstations

Fitted to a mobile platform, the FlexiCrane 2 m becomes the FlexiCrane Mobile. It moves just as smoothly and quietly as the original, but can be relocated between workstations with a pallet jack. The platform keeps the crane stable during lifting without floor anchoring: position the crane, connect the compressed air and it is ready to lift up to 65 kg.

Height is adjusted pneumatically to suit different tasks, from low-ceiling areas to lifting onto shelves. The integrated Bal-Trol hoist can carry, for example, a vacuum gripper for cartons or a mechanical gripper that lifts and tilts rolls.

To move the crane, lower the column to its lowest position, disconnect the air supply, fold the articulated arm and secure it with the coupling. The whole unit can then be taken to the next workstation with a pallet jack.
