Material bags are soft, slippery, and weigh tens of kilograms each, with hundreds handled per shift. Carrying them on the shoulder strains the back and shoulders, and bags easily slip from grip when stacked high.

FullSharp installs a jib crane fitted with an American-made ANVER vacuum lifter. The suction head grips the bag's surface, lifts it, and a swing of the arm moves it onto a pallet or into a hopper opening, without the operator ever having to hug the bag.

Equipment Installed

  • ANVER vacuum lifter: American-made vacuum tube, lifted and lowered by hand force, holding the load when released.
  • Bag suction head: a suction pad designed specifically for soft bags, gripping firmly even on slightly wrinkled surfaces.
  • Rotating jib arm: swings around the column to move the bag from the pallet to the target spot.
  • Vacuum pump: maintains enough vacuum to hold the bag throughout the move.

Benefits for Your Facility

Spares the Back

No more shouldering bags; the operator simply guides the suction head.

No Torn Bags

Suction force spreads across the bag surface, so it doesn't get hooked, torn, or spill.

Steady Handling Pace

Each bag takes about the same time, making shift productivity easy to calculate.
