Wall-Mounted Jib Crane with Vacuum Bag Lifter

Bags stacked against the wall force workers to bend down, hug each bag, then stand up to place it on the conveyor. Bags are slippery and easy to drop, and repeated bending all shift is hard on the back. The area is too narrow to install a floor-standing jib crane post.

FullSharp installs a wall-mounted jib crane, with the arm made from 5T rail rated at 200 kg so the entire load rests on the wall structure. The arm carries an Anver vacuum tube lifter, whose vacuum pad grips the bag surface and holds it firmly through the swing. The operator just guides direction — no more bending to carry bags.

Equipment Installed

Wall-mounted swing arm: anchored to the wall with expansion bolts, swinging through the work arc without using any floor space.
5T rail arm beam: made from 5T steel rail rated at 200 kg, with a trolley running smoothly in and out along the reach.
Anver vacuum tube lifter: lifted and lowered by vacuum inside the tube, with a control handle right below the vacuum head.
Bag-lifting pad: selected to match the bag material, gripping evenly so the bag doesn't slip while moving.
Vacuum pump: fixed near the work line, running quietly and supplying enough vacuum for a full shift.
