Many leased plants have a light steel roof that cannot take extra load on the purlins. The owner still needs a lifting route running along the line without touching the building structure. Carrying loads by hand between stations is slow and often bumps into machines.

FullSharp builds a separate steel support structure, then installs a 500 kg rail with an electric hoist on top of it. The lifting load transfers down through the structure's columns, leaving the roof untouched. The electric hoist is raised and lowered by pendant control, and the trolley runs along the rail following the exact route the goods travel.

Equipment Installed

  • Steel support structure: columns and beams carrying the rail route, transferring the load to the floor so it doesn't depend on the roof structure.
  • 500 kg rail: a rail beam with a smooth running surface, letting the trolley roll evenly along the full installed length.
  • Electric hoist: motor-driven lifting and lowering with pendant control, stopping precisely at the loading height.
  • End stops: limit the trolley's travel area, preventing it from running past the rail ends when pushed hard.
