Some plants operate in a leased warehouse with a weak ceiling, or only occasionally need to lift heavy loads. Building a fixed crane beam for these cases is both costly and hard to get approved for structural work.
FullSharp offers a pneumatic gantry crane that stands independently on wheels. The frame carries its own load without touching the ceiling, and the pneumatic lifting assembly runs smoothly — push the gantry wherever it's needed and get to work.

Equipment Installed
- Steel gantry frame: powder-coated box steel or structural steel, carrying the entire load so no load-bearing ceiling is needed.
- Pneumatic lifting assembly: smooth air-valve-controlled lifting, stopping at any height without the load drifting.
- Moving wheels: can be pushed by hand, with wheel locks to fix the gantry in place while working.
- Extended base legs: improve stability and resist tipping when the load sits off-center.
