Many plants have a ceiling that's too weak or too high to mount a rail directly. Goods still need to be lifted on and off repeatedly at a fixed station, and doing it by hand is slow and prone to collisions.

FullSharp erects a freestanding aluminum rail frame standing independently on the floor, suspending a pneumatic jib crane and gripper tool underneath. The frame requires no drilling into the ceiling, and the light aluminum rail lets the trolley glide smoothly with a single person's push.

Equipment Installed

Standing steel frame: two support legs bolted to the floor, carrying the entire load without touching the ceiling structure.
200 kg aluminum rail: lightweight formed aluminum rail, with plastic-wheel trolleys running inside for a very smooth push.
Pneumatic jib crane: controlled by an air valve, lifting and lowering by hand force and stopping at any height.
Gripper tool: a clamp head shaped to the plant's goods, holding firmly and releasing quickly.
