Rail-Mounted Pneumatic Crane, Paint Can Hook Tool

A paint workshop has to move cans continuously from the mixing area to the filling area. Carrying cans by hand means many trips per shift, and tilting a can even slightly spills paint onto the floor. The cans are slippery, and paint-covered hands raise the risk of dropping them.

FullSharp installed a pneumatic crane running on a ceiling-mounted rail, fitted with a hook tool for 4 paint cans at once. A force-sensing handle reads the operator's push, so the group of cans follows the hand, stays balanced, and lowers exactly into place.

Equipment Installed

Ceiling-mounted rail: a route connecting the mixing area to the filling area, with the trolley running the whole distance without switching equipment.
4-paint-can hook tool: a hook frame that holds four can handles, gripping firmly and keeping the cans upright while moving.
Force-sensing handle: a sensor reads the operator's push and lifts or lowers accordingly, with no button pressing needed.
Pneumatic balancing unit: keeps lifting force steady whether carrying one can or all four.
