A bottled-water plant must lift bottles up and down hundreds of times a shift. Carrying them with correct posture is slow, and moving fast strains workers' shoulders and backs. The bottles are also slippery, so one slip of the hand spills water onto the floor.

FullSharp installs a 5T rail jib crane rated at 200 kg, carrying an air balancer and a water bottle hook tool underneath. The air balancer uses compressed air to keep the load suspended at any height. The worker hooks a bottle and, with a light push of one hand, moves it up, down, or around with the arm.

5T Rail Jib Crane with Air Balancer and Water Bottle Hook Tool

5T rail jib crane with an air balancer and water bottle hook tool at a plant's work area.

Installed Equipment

  • 5T steel rail: FullSharp's rail profile, rated at 200 kg, forming the arm that carries the trolley.
  • Rotating frame: the arm swings around the post, extending the worker's reach without needing to walk.
  • Air balancer: a pneumatic balancing device that keeps the load suspended, so operation takes just one hand.
  • Water bottle hook tool: a hook that grips exactly around the bottle neck, holding firmly while lifting and releasing quickly when set down.
  • Pneumatic system and control valve: supplies stable air with a valve that holds the load if pressure drops.

Benefits for Your Plant

One-hand operation

The load is suspended, so a light push moves the bottle up or down exactly as needed.

Saves energy through the shift

Workers no longer strain to carry each bottle, easing shoulder and back fatigue during high-volume work.

Fewer spills

The tool grips the bottle neck firmly, reducing the risk of slipping and spilling water onto the floor.

Suitable Applications

  • Bottled drinking water plants
  • Bottle washing and filling areas
  • Bottle loading stations for delivery trucks
  • Storage for empty and finished bottles
  • Bottle inspection and labeling lines

Get Installation Advice for Your Plant

FullSharp reviews where the rotating post will sit, the reach radius needed, and the ceiling height before finalizing the arm length. Our engineers weigh your actual bottles, measure the bottle neck, and observe your work pace to select the right air balancer and tool.
