5T Rail Jib Crane, Air Balancer, Water Bottles

A bottled-water plant must lift bottles up and down hundreds of times a shift. Carrying them with correct posture is slow, and moving fast strains workers' shoulders and backs. The bottles are also slippery, so one slip of the hand spills water onto the floor.

FullSharp installs a 5T rail jib crane rated at 200 kg, carrying an air balancer and a water bottle hook tool underneath. The air balancer uses compressed air to keep the load suspended at any height. The worker hooks a bottle and, with a light push of one hand, moves it up, down, or around with the arm.
