Dual 5T Rail Jib Crane, Mobile Base, Lifts All

Plants change their production layout order by order, so the spot needing a lift is never fixed. Bolting a jib crane permanently to a column means dismantling and re-drilling every time the layout changes. Meanwhile, drums still have to be lifted up and down many times a day.

FullSharp built a dual 5T rail jib crane on a mobile base, with the rail rated at 200 kg. Underneath it hangs a Lifts All lifting device along with a drum hook that grips the drum body firmly. To change areas, the whole unit is simply pushed to the new spot — no re-anchoring of the structure required.

Installed Equipment

Dual 5T steel rail: FullSharp's rail profile, rated at 200 kg, with two parallel rail lines evenly sharing the load.
Mobile base with wheels: pushes the whole unit to another location, with wheels locked once work begins.
Rotating frame: the arm swings around the shaft to cover the work area without having to move the base.
Lifts All lifting device: keeps the load balanced, with the operator only guiding direction by hand.
Drum hook: grips and holds the drum firmly while lifting, releasing quickly once set down.
