5T Jib Crane with FullSharp Air Balancer

Replacing and moving water bottle containers repeats many times a day. The bottles are heavy with slick sides, easy to slip from hand grip and spill water on the floor, and workers must also twist their bodies to set them onto the stand. Over time, shoulders and lower backs cannot keep up.

FullSharp installed a 5T rail jib crane covering the work area, carrying a FullSharp air balancer with a hook tool custom-built for water bottle containers. The bottle hooks on firmly, floats at the right height, and swings with the arm to the drop point. The operator only guides direction by hand.

Equipment Installed

5T rail jib crane: a swinging arm carrying the rail line, its service area covering both the pickup and drop-off points for bottles.
FullSharp air balancer: air pressure carries the bottle's weight, lifting and lowering with hand force and holding still at any height.
Water bottle hook tool: a hook that cradles the bottle's neck and body exactly, so it does not slip or tilt and spill water.
Trolley and swivel joint: the bottle travels both along the rail length and through the arm's swing, covering the whole work area.
