Rail-Mounted Pneumatic Crane for Cartons

Carton boxes are light but bulky, so hugging them blocks the operator's view and they slip easily. Working every shift at the line's pace, workers tire out and the rate of dented box corners climbs.

FullSharp installs a pneumatic crane riding on an overhead rail system along the packaging area, with a vacuum pad for carton boxes hanging from the trolley. The pneumatic trolley travels along the rail, and the pneumatic hoist lifts and lowers smoothly. The operator only holds the handle and guides the box to its stacking position.

Equipment Installed

Overhead rail system: mounted on the ceiling or a load-bearing frame, allowing horizontal travel.
Pneumatic trolley: travels smoothly along the rail, no jolt while carrying a load.
Vacuum pad: a suction plate built for carton boxes, spreading force evenly across the box surface.
Valve and fail-safe mechanism: holds the load if air pressure drops and signals the operator.
