FullSharp installed a 5T rail rated 200 kg overhead, suspending a pneumatic jib crane with both a box gripper tool and a vacuum pad for carton boxes on a packing line with no free floor space. Workers choose the gripper or the vacuum pad depending on the box type running, and compressed air lifts and places each box quickly and gently.
A packing line has to handle carton boxes non-stop, some can be gripped, while others only hold securely with a flat-surface vacuum pad. Doing it by hand all shift tires the operators, and the line speed drifts down toward the end of the shift. This area also has no floor space left for equipment standing on the ground.
FullSharp installs a 5T rail rated at 200 kg overhead, suspending a pneumatic jib crane with a box gripper tool and a vacuum pad for carton boxes. The jib crane runs on compressed air, so it responds quickly, lifting and placing evenly and gently. Workers pick the gripper tool or the vacuum pad depending on the box type running.

Equipment Installed
- 5T steel rail: FullSharp's rail profile, rated at 200 kg, firmly fixed to the plant ceiling.
- Pneumatic jib crane: air-powered lifting, responding quickly to the control lever and stopping right on point.
- Box gripper tool: hugs the two sides of the box, holding it firmly while lifting and releasing cleanly when set down.
- Carton box vacuum pad: grips the flat carton surface, spreading the force evenly so the box walls don't get pinched.
- Air valve and trolley: the valve regulates smooth handling, and the trolley carries the load along the rail line.
