500 kg KBK Rail with Pneumatic Jib Crane

The customer's work area stretches out, but lifting tasks are concentrated at each individual stopping point. A single fixed jib crane only covers the circle around its own column, while a plain rail cannot rotate on the spot. The floor was already packed with equipment, so there was no room to add support columns.

FullSharp combined two systems: a 500 kg KBK rail mounted on the ceiling as the travel line, carrying a 200 kg pneumatic jib crane underneath. The rotating unit lifts on the spot and also travels along the rail, so it covers both the long stretch and the area around each stopping point. Everything sits overhead, so the shop floor loses no space.

Equipment Installed

500 kg KBK rail system: a ceiling-mounted beam rated for 500 kg, serving as the travel line for the whole jib crane assembly.
200 kg pneumatic jib crane: rated lifting load of 200 kg, pneumatically driven so it lifts and lowers smoothly and stops exactly on point.
Ceiling mounting kit: rods and brackets fixed to the roof structure, spacing the load evenly according to calculated intervals.
Trolley carrying the rotating unit: travels along the KBK rail, bringing the whole jib crane to the stopping point that needs handling.
Air supply and control valve assembly: draws air from the plant's compressed air system, with the control lever placed within the operator's reach.
