Aluminum Rail, Pneumatic Jib Crane and Hook Tool

FullSharp installs an overhead aluminum rail and suspends a pneumatic jib crane along with a dedicated hook tool. The aluminum rail is light, so the load on the roof is small, and the trolley runs smoothly along the line. The hook tool fits the goods' lifting points exactly, hook on and lift, eliminating the tying step.

Equipment Installed

Formed aluminum rail: lightweight, corrosion-resistant profile, fixed to the ceiling with hanger rods at calculated intervals.
Pneumatic jib crane: air-powered lifting with fast response to the control lever, and no risk of electrical sparks.
Dedicated hook tool: built to match the goods' lifting points, hook on and lift, no tying needed each time.
Rail trolley: runs inside the profile, moved the full length of the line with a light push.
Safety air valve assembly: holds the load when the lever is released, reducing drops from air pressure fluctuation.
