Stacked trays sit above head height, forcing workers to reach up, which tires the arms and risks tipping the contents. The area also restricts electrical equipment at the point of operation.

FullSharp installed an 80 kg pneumatic jib crane fitted with a hook tool built specifically for plastic trays. Lifting runs entirely on compressed air, so it is quiet and has no electrical equipment at the point of operation. Hook the tray, flip the lever to lift it, then swing the arm to bring it to the stacking position.
