FullSharp installed an 80 kg pneumatic jib crane with a hook tool made for plastic trays, for stacks above head height where workers had to reach up and risked tipping the contents. Lifting runs entirely on compressed air, quiet and with no electrical equipment at the work point: hook the tray, flip the lever and swing it into place.

Plastic trays are not especially heavy, but they still have to be lifted and set down continuously throughout the shift. Stacked trays sit above head height, forcing workers to reach up, which tires the arms and risks tipping the contents. The area also restricts electrical equipment at the point of operation.
