Overhead Rail with Air Balancer for Fabric Rolls

Fabric rolls are heavy, and the outer layer gets dirty or shifts easily if tied with rope. Textile mills are also packed with machines, leaving no room for a forklift to drive in and pick up a roll.

FullSharp mounts an overhead rail system along the working area, carrying a FullSharp air balancer and a fabric roll clamp. The air balancer keeps the roll suspended, so a light push from the operator moves it along. The hoist is a horizontal type, giving enough travel even under a low ceiling.

Equipment Installed

Overhead rail: runs along the working area, freeing up the entire floor.
FullSharp air balancer: keeps the roll balanced and suspended, lifting and lowering in response to the operator's hand pressure.
Fabric roll clamp: holds the roll body firmly without shifting or soiling the fabric surface.
Trolley: rolls smoothly inside the rail, moving the full route with a light push.
