Fabric rolls are heavy, and the outer layer gets dirty or shifts easily if tied with rope. Textile mills are also packed with machines, leaving no room for a forklift to drive in and pick up a roll.
FullSharp mounts an overhead rail system along the working area, carrying a FullSharp air balancer and a fabric roll clamp. The air balancer keeps the roll suspended, so a light push from the operator moves it along. The hoist is a horizontal type, giving enough travel even under a low ceiling.

The clamp replaces rope ties, keeping the fabric surface intact and reducing the need to discard the outer layer.
The air balancer counters the weight, so the operator only guides the roll's direction.
The overhead system doesn't block aisles between weaving machines.
FullSharp checks the ceiling structure, height, and roll travel route before designing the rail system. Our engineers select the air balancer capacity and build the clamp to match the roll diameter. FullSharp installs, tests, and warranties the system on site.
