5T Rail 200kg with Air Balancer for Rolls

Large fabric rolls exceed manual lifting capacity, yet dozens of rolls must move between the warehouse and the machines every shift. Using a hand truck still means lifting the roll up and down twice per trip.

FullSharp installs a 5T rail rated at 200 kg carrying a FullSharp air balancer with a fabric roll clamp. The roll is clamped once, then travels straight along the rail to its destination, skipping the up-and-down lifting step entirely. The air balancer keeps the roll suspended, so aligning it to the machine shaft takes very little effort.
