200 kg Jib Crane for Battery Lifting in Dong Nai

Batteries are heavy, with a slippery case, and cannot take a hard impact when set down on the rack. Carrying them by hand through a long shift overloads the worker's back and shoulders, on top of the risk of dropping a battery on their feet.

FullSharp installs a 5T rail jib crane rated at 200 kg right at the work spot in Dong Nai, carrying a Knight Global air balancer below it. The rotating arm covers the exact pick-up and drop-off area, and the balancer keeps the battery suspended so the worker only pushes it sideways.

5T rail jib crane: the arm rotates around a post, covering the work area without moving the pallet.
200 kg rail: a trolley runs along the arm, bringing the lifting point right to the rack edge for the batteries.
Knight Global air balancer: senses the worker's hand force, holding the battery still at any height when they let go.
Control handle and battery-holding tool: a two-stage push-hold button, releasing the load only once the battery touches the rack surface.
