Lifts All Mobile Base with Tray & Box Tools

Many plants need to stack plastic trays and move carton boxes in the same area. Buying two separate sets of equipment costs money and takes up space, while carrying both types by hand tires workers out and risks dropped loads. The work location also changes with each production run.

FullSharp supplies a mobile base with lift column fitted with Swedish Lifts All equipment on an articulating arm. The arm head switches between a plastic tray hook tool and a carton vacuum pad depending on the task. Push the whole unit to another area when the production run changes, with no need to reinstall.

Equipment Installed

Lifts All lifting equipment: made in Sweden, with smooth lifting travel and stable load holding at any height.
Lift column: adjusts the machine body's height at each station so the tool head always sits at the right working height.
Mobile base: wheels with locking casters let you push the whole unit to another area, then lock it in place before working.
Plastic tray hook tool: the hook grips the tray's rim to lift and stack trays without deforming the tray walls.
Carton vacuum pad: a wide suction pad on the box lid, swapped in quickly when switching to carton work.
