In a warehouse, pallets and conveyors are not always arranged along a single arc. A straight-arm crane only reaches the outer ring, while spots hidden behind columns or against walls still have to be carried by hand.

FullSharp chose an articulating jib crane on a mobile base, carrying a Lifts All Basic carton box vacuum lifter. The two-section arm folds to work around obstacles, reaching spots a straight arm cannot.

Equipment Installed

  • Two-section articulating arm: each section pivots on a joint, guiding the suction head along a folded path.
  • Mobile base: a counterweighted frame with wheels and locking feet, relocated without drilling the floor.
  • Lifts All Basic: a vacuum tube lifter raised and lowered by handle, with light and stable operation.
  • Carton box lifting pad: sized to the box, gripping the carton surface without denting the sides.
