Stacking carton boxes onto pallets is a constant repetitive task, and with no handles on the boxes, operators must hug them close. Stacking the top layer means reaching, the bottom layer means bending, and by end of shift the back is sore.
FullSharp installed an articulating jib crane carrying a FullSharp air balancer with a carton box suction head. The pad grips the top of the box, the balancer carries the weight, and the articulating arm brings the box to the exact spot on the pallet without the operator lifting by hand.
The articulating jib crane with FullSharp air balancer and suction head lifting a carton box.
The pad grips the box top, so operators no longer bend to hug each box.
The articulating arm places boxes in each pallet position without turning the whole body.
Suction is spread across the flat top, so carton boxes aren't crushed during lifting.
FullSharp measures your box dimensions, weight, and pallet stacking height on site. We then finalize the articulating arm reach, air balancer capacity, and pad layout to match your box lid.
