Stacking carton boxes onto pallets is a constant repetitive task, and with no handles on the boxes, operators must hug them close. Stacking the top layer means reaching, the bottom layer means bending, and by end of shift the back is sore.

FullSharp installed an articulating jib crane carrying a FullSharp air balancer with a carton box suction head. The pad grips the top of the box, the balancer carries the weight, and the articulating arm brings the box to the exact spot on the pallet without the operator lifting by hand.

Installed Equipment

  • Articulating jib crane: two arm sections swing at the joint, covering the whole pallet without moving the column.
  • FullSharp air balancer: keeps the box weightless, lifting and lowering with hand pressure for a smooth motion.
  • Carton box suction head: the pad grips the box lid, releasing quickly once set in place.
  • Air filter unit and exhaust valve: filters paper dust from the incoming air, releasing vacuum decisively on the packing rhythm.
