Carton Lifting with a Hand-Push Articulating Jib

FullSharp mounted a horizontal FullSharp air balancer on an articulating arm with a hand-push mobile base, for a low-ceiling area where an upright balancer would leave too little lifting travel. A vacuum pad grips the box surface and the balancer holds the carton suspended, so the operator places it precisely without carrying it.

The ceiling in the work area is low, so mounting an upright balancer would leave too little headroom and lifting travel. Carton boxes still need to be raised and lowered constantly, so workers can't keep carrying them by hand all shift.

FullSharp chose a horizontal FullSharp air balancer mounted on the articulating arm to save on height. The whole unit sits on a hand-push mobile base, with a vacuum lifting pad gripping the box surface and holding the load suspended so the operator can position it precisely.
