Articulating Jib Crane Air Balancer Bag Carton

In the same area, workers need to stack both bags and cartons — two very different loads to handle. Constant manual carrying tires them out, but buying two separate machines takes up space and costs more.

FullSharp installed an articulating jib crane with two independently swiveling sections, reaching into tight corners. An air balancer with an ANVER vacuum pump serves both tools, so switching the suction head takes the operator from bags to cartons in minutes.

Equipment Installed

Articulating jib crane: two independently swiveling arm sections that fold to reach into corners and tight gaps.
FullSharp air balancer: suspends the load with air pressure, so releasing the hand leaves it hanging in place.
ANVER vacuum pump: creates and maintains stable vacuum for both types of suction head.
Bag suction tool: a suction face for woven and paper bags, gripping well even on slightly wrinkled surfaces.
Carton suction tool: a flat suction face for cartons, that doesn't dent the lid or corners.
