Many warehouses need to load and unload carton boxes at different locations depending on the batch. Installing a fixed crane only serves one spot, while carrying boxes by hand quickly tires workers and dents the corners.
FullSharp built a 5T rail jib crane on a mobile base with load-rated wheels, fitted with a vacuum lifter and a pad for carton boxes. To change area, simply push the whole unit over and lower the outriggers to keep working.

Installed Equipment
- Mobile base: a load-rated frame with wheels and outriggers, pushed into place and locked before use.
- 5T rail jib crane: wide-swing arm and long reach, covering both the pickup area and the pallet stacking area.
- Vacuum lifter: tube and handle in one unit, raised and lowered by the operator's hand movement.
- Pad for carton boxes: a wide suction surface grips evenly on the box lid without tearing the paper layer.
- Vacuum pump: runs steadily, maintaining a firm grip throughout box handling.

Usable in multiple locations
Push the unit to follow each batch — one unit serves several areas of the warehouse.
