1-Ton Electric Tilting Table for Pallets and Molds

The customer needs to change the orientation of pallets, molds and material rolls before feeding them into a machine. Doing this by hand takes several people prying and tilting the load, and because it is heavy, it can easily fall onto someone. Using a forklift to tip the load causes impacts that damage the pallet edges.

FullSharp supplies an electric tilting table rated 1000 kg, rotating the load 90 degrees with an electric motor. The operator places the load on the table, presses the button, and stands clear of the tilting area. Unlike a lift table that only moves up and down, this equipment changes the load's orientation to move it into the next process step.

Equipment Installed

Tilting table frame: a steel structure rated for 1000 kg, with two perpendicular faces supporting the load before and after tilting.
Electric tilting mechanism: rotates the table the full 90 degrees at a steady speed, stopping precisely at both ends of travel.
Control cabinet and push buttons: buttons are placed outside the tilting area, so the operator does not have to stand next to the load while the machine runs.
Travel limits and safety latch: limits the tilt angle and keeps the table locked firmly at the final position.
Load retaining edge: keeps the load resting still on the table throughout the tilt, preventing it from sliding off.
