The customer needs to change the orientation of pallets, molds and material rolls before feeding them into a machine. Doing this by hand takes several people prying and tilting the load, and because it is heavy, it can easily fall onto someone. Using a forklift to tip the load causes impacts that damage the pallet edges.
FullSharp supplies an electric tilting table rated 1000 kg, rotating the load 90 degrees with an electric motor. The operator places the load on the table, presses the button, and stands clear of the tilting area. Unlike a lift table that only moves up and down, this equipment changes the load's orientation to move it into the next process step.
1-ton electric tilting table rotating a heavy load 90 degrees inside the warehouse area.
The motor handles the entire tilting motion, so no group of people is needed to pry a heavy load.
Push-button control from a distance means the load will not fall on the operator even if it tips.
Tilting is controlled, with no impact like when a forklift pries up a pallet.
FullSharp asks about the size, weight and center of gravity of the load to be tilted, to select a table surface size large enough to support it. Our engineers review the material flow in and out and the power supply at the installation site. Contact FullSharp for a consultation on the right configuration.
