FullSharp builds an articulating jib crane on a mobile base, fitted with a FullSharp air balancer and a plastic tray hook tool. The whole unit can be wheeled to a different station when the order changes, with a counterweighted base keeping the column stable without drilling into the floor.

Counterweighted mobile base: keeps the column balanced while the arm carries a load, and can be moved with a hand pallet truck without drilling into the floor.
Articulating jib arm: a two-segment folding arm that moves trays around workstations and shelving nearby.
FullSharp air balancer: balances the tray's weight, so a light push moves it up or down, stopping at any height.
Plastic tray hook tool: hooks onto the tray's lip for quick pickup and release without cracking the edge.
Integrated control handle: lift and lower buttons sit right on the tool, so one hand controls it while the other holds the tray.
