80 kg Pneumatic Jib Crane, Tray Tool

Plastic trays are stacked higher than chest height, forcing workers to reach up and lift each tray over to the packing table. Doing this all shift strains the shoulders, and a tilted tray can spill its contents.

FullSharp installed an 80 kg pneumatic jib crane right next to the station, with a plastic tray lifting tool hung at the arm end. Lifting runs entirely on compressed air; the operator presses and holds, then swings the arm to move the tray to the next position.

Equipment Installed

Pneumatic jib crane: lifted and lowered by an air cylinder with no power needed at the tool end, keeping it clean and safe.
Plastic tray lifting tool: support fingers shaped to match the tray's rim, engaging to hold firmly and releasing with one button.
Swing arm and post: the arm rotates through the working arc, and the post bolts to the floor with no need to hang from the ceiling structure.
